Lacked organization
Awful planning from the start, the organization to get into the venue was just terrible. People with floor seats had to walk down further and wait in a line that wasn't moving for at least another 30 minutes, and you didn't find out until waiting for about 15 minutes in line that one line was for Loge and higher seats. Concert started at 7, and floor seat holders were barely getting in. Just awful. Only one set of bathrooms were open, and the lines were so bad that women were going into the men's bathroom and using the stalls feet away from men at the urinal. People were cutting, going in through the exit rather than wait in line. The music was good but sound was just horrible. Some performers you could hear instruments good, and singing not so good. Others you could hear the singing but music wasn't as loud.
